TERMS & CONDITIONS

By placing an order, you agree to the policies below (but don’t worry—they’re here to make things run smoothly for everyone).
RETURNS
As all our produce is sourced fresh, returns of perishable goods cannot be accepted. However, if there are any problems with your order or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery via phone or email, so we can assist you.
CANCELLATIONS
Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds once a deposit has been made. However, if you provide at least 10 days' notice of cancellation, we’re happy to offer you an alternative date or a full refund of any payment (excluding the £100 deposit).
DELIVERIES
The customer needs to be readily available to receive the product or make arrangements for someone to receive it on their behalf.
Our products are made fresh and are extremely delicate, so they need to be hand-delivered or collected from our kitchen in BS9.
We hand-deliver across Bristol and nearby areas, including Bath, North Somerset, Somerset, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, and Wales (minimum order quantities apply—please contact us for details).
We aim to deliver between 9am and 5pm. While we can’t guarantee specific delivery times, we’ll always keep you updated on any delays or disruptions.
Please be aware that if an order arrives slightly earlier than expected, it should be just the right size to pop in the fridge until needed.
If your order hasn’t arrived by 5pm, please contact us immediately.
Delivery will be attempted by the driver. If no one is in, the package will be handed to a neighbour or left in a safe place. Three Little Figs is not responsible for the product once left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
Occasionally we use a third party courier service. For more details, please get in touch via email.
CHANGES TO ORDERS
You can make changes to your order (such as guest count, food preferences, or delivery address) up to 10 days prior to your event date. Please let us know as soon as possible to accommodate your requests.
DATE HOLDING
Due to the high number of enquiries, we are unable to hold dates until a £100 non-refundable deposit has been received.
FOOD HANDLING
To comply with UK food standards, all food must be disposed of if kept unrefrigerated for more than 4 hours. By agreeing to our terms, you accept responsibility for discarding any leftover food after this time. We cannot be held liable for any adverse reactions to food consumed beyond this period.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS & ALLERGENS
Please notify us of any allergies or dietary requirements when booking.
Due to the nature of our kitchen, we cannot guarantee that any product is 100% free of allergens, even if requested. All items will include an allergen label highlighting any of the main 16 allergens present (e.g., nuts, gluten, dairy).
Disclaimer: Three Little Figs cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions if we are not informed of allergies or dietary needs in advance.
SOCIAL MEDIA/MARKETING
We love showcasing our work! Unless you explicitly request otherwise, we may use images from your event (e.g., grazing table setups, venues) for our social media and marketing. If you’d prefer us not to use images, just let us know.

Your delivery/collection time must be pre-booked. Please notify us of your preferred delivery/collection time on your order form.
If you’re delayed or wish to collect earlier than arranged.
Please note, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. If you’d like your order for a specific time, please choose to collect.
Grazing platters and tablescapes are available Monday-Sunday, hours are flexible.
Holiday opening hours may differ.

BOXES & PLATTERS
Hand-delivery of boxes and small platter orders (under £200) is available for Bristol postcodes only. Any orders for delivery outside the Bristol area must be booked directly via email. Please contact us to enquire.
GRAZING TABLESCAPES
Available UK WIDE. Please enquire here for a free quote.
Any setup outside the Bristol area requires a minimum order of 3 platters.

We kindly ask for a £100 non-refundable deposit on confirmation of your booking to be paid up front. The remaining balance must be paid at least 2 weeks before your event.
Our event catering service is available nationwide! Please contact us for a quote.

We kindly ask for all payments and deposits for event bookings to be made via online payment link (Xero) or via bank transfer.
In order to secure your booking, we require a non-refundable deposit of £100 be paid upfront. The remaining balance must be paid at least 2 weeks before your event.

We have a Level 2 in Food Safety & Hygiene, and a food hygiene rating of 5.
We work hard to make sure all our food safety and hygiene standards meet the legal requirements.
We are fully insured and are registered with the local authority, as required by law.

GRAZE BOXES AND PLATTERS
Food is best eaten within 24 hours of delivery. We recommend popping the food straight in the fridge on delivery - unless it’s going to be enjoyed straight away. Once removed from the fridge, the food can be kept fresh at room temperature for up to 4 hours.
TABLES
Food can be kept fresh for a maximum of 4 hours at room temperature in a cool spot out of direct sunlight. After this, simply wrap up and dispose of any leftovers - the entire display is 100% compostable.
